Track C

Clinic & Wellness
Centre Operators

Plan, operate and grow a professional commercial mild hyperbaric wellness service.

C

Your commercial operator pathway

Welcome to Track C

Track C is for owners and operators offering mHBOT sessions commercially—whether in a dedicated hyperbaric studio, wellness centre, gym or recovery facility, or as an additional service within an established business.

Running chambers for the public brings responsibilities that go beyond personal use: client screening and intake systems, staff training, session protocols, hygiene and maintenance schedules, incident procedures, insurance, and compliance with Australian Consumer Law and the advertising requirements that apply to the service and products being promoted.

This track walks through each of these areas in practical detail, helping you build an mHBOT operation that is welcoming and safe for clients, professionally run, defensible from a compliance standpoint and sustainable as a business.

Before you begin

Complete the Foundation modules first. Track C assumes that you understand chamber fundamentals, pressure and oxygen delivery, routine session safety, emergency procedures and the distinction between mild hyperbaric wellness sessions and medical-grade HBOT. It builds commercial systems around that foundation rather than repeating basic chamber operation.

Your six-module pathway

Module C1

Planning Your mHBOT Service

Select an appropriate service model, chamber mix and location, then plan the space, approvals, utilities, accessibility and pre-launch pathway.

Module C2

Staffing, Training and Supervision

Define roles, recruit suitable people, build competence, authorise tasks and create a practical structure for supervision and escalation.

Module C3

Session Workflow and Client Management

Build a consistent client journey from enquiry and intake through preparation, session delivery, turnover, records and follow-up.

Module C4

Pricing, Packages and Revenue Models

Calculate the complete cost of delivery and develop clear, fair pricing, packages, memberships and capacity-informed revenue models.

Module C5

Marketing and Client Acquisition

Position the service clearly, educate honestly, build local relationships and measure the journey from discovery to suitable booking.

Module C6

Maintenance, Safety and Compliance

Create reliable commercial rhythms for equipment care, multi-user hygiene, incident learning, documentation and service continuity.

Throughout Track C, practise four operating disciplines

1 Design the service around the real chamber, premises, people and client experience.
2 Give staff clear responsibilities, practical training and defined escalation pathways.
3 Build repeatable systems that support quality without making the service feel clinical or intimidating.
4 Communicate honestly, keep useful records and review the business before small issues become expensive ones.

Commercial mHBOT can remain welcoming, positive and firmly positioned as a mild wellness service while still being professionally managed. Track C provides the practical systems to help you deliver a consistent client experience, care for the equipment, support the team and operate with commercial confidence.

Professionally planned. Consistently delivered. Commercially sustainable.
